For the sake of technical support requests processing and improvement of Technical Service quality we utlilize a ticket-based Technical Support System (Helpdesk).

System assigns a unique signature to each ticket which can be used for ticket tracking as well as for Tech Support Personnel interactions (viewing replies, providing additional information, etc.)

For your convenience system also provides a ticket archive as well as your complete ticket history.

To create a ticket a valid e-mail address must be provided.
